Chilly garlic fried rice.

Dont remember where I read it.. But it was too tasty..Dont miss it.

Basmathi rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1/2
tomato - 1/2
Red chilli - 3
Garlic - 2 cloves
lemon juice - 1 tsp

Wash rice and drain water. Fry the rice until light brown (do not fry too much). make a paste of chilli, lemon jucie, lil tomato and lil onion using blender. fry chopped onion, chopped garlic, capsicum and tomato in a pan in the order. Add chilli paste and fry for some seconds. In a pressure cooker add fried rice, salt and this mixture. Water to be added in the cooker and cook upto 2-3 whistles. thats all...
