Gobi Manchurian..

I was thinking to post this recipe for long time. It turned out really well on my first experiment. Made it for a party at home, inspite of the gud tastes, got very less appreciation :).. But believe me it tasted great.. just like in famous Chopstick chinese restaurant.

Ingredients

Cauliflower - broken in florettes
Plain flour - 1/4 cup and some corn flour
Spring onion - 1 bunch or 1 onion will also do -
Ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, red chillies - 2
Oil for frying

Boil the florettes for 5 mins, clean and drain the water.
Make a thin batter with the flours, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder and salt
Dip the florettes in batter and deep fry in oil and keep aside
In a pan, fry ginger, red chillis for a minute. Add spring onion and salt. Fry it . Add 1 cup water and boil. Add 1 tsp corn flour or plain flour to 1/2 cup water and dissolve without lumps. Add this lil by lil to the gravy. When the gravy boils and become transparent, add fried florretes. Boil for few minutes. Serve hot with rice or whatever you wish :)
