P.A.N.C.A.K.E.S

1 3/4 cups - all purpose flour or maida
2 tbsp - powdered sugar
2 tbsp - baking powder
1/4 tsp - salt
1 - egg slightly beateb
1 1/2 cups - buttermilk
3 tsbsp - cooking oil

In a bowl mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl mix all the liquid ingredients.
Pour the mixed liquid ingredients to the dry one. Stir until the mixture is lumpy. You can add raisins or any nuts if you required.

For pancakes, pour batter (similar you make dosas) onto hot tawa. When you pour it batter will spread itself ( or you can spread if required). Cook on medium flame for 1-2 mins till the pancake becomes golden brown.

Note:- Turn to the second side of pancake( as in dosa) when bubbles appear on first side. Serve warm with honey or cranberry syrup.
You can use any flour you need like wheat, corn etc instead of all purpose flour.
