Navrathna khurma

Latest successful recipe. must try pls...
1 c - chopped cauliflower
1/2 c - green peas
1/4 c - sliced carrot
1/2 c - chopped green bean
cubed fried paneer
2 tbsp - finely chopped corriander
2-3 green chilly chopped
1 tbsp - chopped ginger
1/2 tsp - cumin seed
1 tbsp - coriander powder
1/4 tsp - turmeric
1/2 tsp - red chilly powder
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1 c - milk
1/2 tbsp - corn flour


Mix green chillies, ginger, turmeric, red chilly powder and garam masala powder with some drops of water and keep aside. Heat the oil, add cumin seeds. When they splutter, add the mixed spices. When the oil separates, add cauliflower, beans, green peas and carrot. Close with a lid and leave it to cook. Dissolve corn flour in half cup of milk. As the vegetables get soft, add this mixture and then paneer. Again close the lid and allow to cook for 4-5 mins. Add the remaining milk followed by corriander. Let this cook for another 5 mins. Ready to serve with hot rice.
